VENTUM

Ventum, a luxury residential development in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, builds upon this premise, giving its shared spaces a distinct identity of their own. Commissioned by U-Calli, the interior design scope encompassed the development’s amenities and communal areas, approaching each space as an extension of the residential experience.

On the ground floor, the program brings together the social areas with the towers’ entrance lobby, two lounge rooms—one for women and one for men—a casual gathering room, a space equipped with a golf simulator, and an event room with its corresponding service areas. The proposal extends outdoors through a terrace with barbecue areas and gardens, creating a seamless transition between the interior spaces and the surrounding landscape.

On the upper level, the amenities take on a more wellness-oriented dimension, responding to contemporary ways of living. A coworking space coexists with areas dedicated to personal care and well-being, a fully equipped gym, and a semi-covered swimming pool that extends toward an open-air terrace.
