SAN PEDRO TOWERS
MONTERREY
NUEVO LEÓN
San Pedro Towers is a forward-looking mixed-use architectural development conceived as an urban landmark for the San Pedro Garza García community. The project integrates luxury and mid-sized residential units with corporate offices and retail spaces, articulated through a cohesive architectural language and supported by a comprehensive program of high-quality shared amenities.
The design aligns with principles of environmental inclusion, sustainability, and circularity, incorporating an internal landscape strategy that follows World Health Organization guidelines by providing 600 square meters of green space per inhabitant within the community.
The development incorporates the use of noble materials such as pigmented concrete in varying tones, which not only serves an aesthetic purpose but also helps slow the building’s aging in response to Nuevo León’s climatic conditions.
This materiality further enhances the perception of the architectural volume, contextualizing the building within the region’s natural monuments and landscape.
A generous green zone emerges as a connecting element between the podium and the upper towers, with open spaces that extend across this level as a continuous green passage.
This area is organized into two levels: one dedicated to residents and tenants, and another for workers within the business center. It offers spaces for strolling, safe play areas for children, and terraces where entrepreneurs and office staff can dine while enjoying views of the Chipinque Natural Park.
